By accessing or using the Service at beta.fantasyrecordbook.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Fantasy Record Book is operated by an individual based in Maryland, United States.

2. Description of Service

Fantasy Record Book provides a platform to:

• Aggregate and display fantasy football statistics from ESPN and Yahoo platforms
• Track all-time records, head-to-head history, and league analytics
• Link multiple leagues across different platforms into unified histories

The Service is currently provided free of charge, though we reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parent or guardian consent. You represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

3.3 Fantasy Platform Authorization

• To use the Service, you must authorize access to your ESPN and/or Yahoo fantasy leagues
• You represent that you have the right to provide these credentials and authorize this access
• You are responsible for maintaining valid authentication with ESPN and Yahoo

4. Your Content

You may submit or upload content (e.g., league names, team names, images, settings) through the Service ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

You represent and warrant that:

• You have all rights necessary to grant this license
• Your User Content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights
• Your User Content does not infringe on any intellectual property rights

We may remove or disable access to User Content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or spiders to access the Service without our prior written permission
• Harvest, collect, or store data from the Service using automated means
• Circumvent any rate limits, access restrictions, or technical protections
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, abusive, hateful, or deceptive
• Violate the terms of service of ESPN or Yahoo
• Use the Service in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the Service

ESPN and Yahoo own all rights to the data provided through their APIs. Use of their data is subject to their respective terms of service.

You may delete your account at any time through the Service's account settings. Upon deletion, all your personal information and league data will be permanently removed from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse the Service or harm other users

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws.
